Panorama
The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center offers a spectacular sight from the top floor or the tower. A glass elevator takes you up to a height of 40 metres to view the town of Jheronimus Bosch. The 360° panorama shows you how all parts of the mediaeval township have been maintained beautifully, while the new districts were developed outside of the fortified town.
You have never seen the Saint John like this. Find the Zwanenbroedershuis, of which Jheronimus Bosch was a member. Count the number of churches comprising ‘Kleyn Rome’. Locate the Binnendieze, the small town river, which flows along and sometimes underneath the houses. Apart from the beautiful monuments of ’s-Hertogenbosch, you can recognise much of the original, mediaeval street plan.
This view of the town of Bosch, as it is today, will be one of the highlights of your visit to the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center.
