Protocol reopening Jheronimus Bosch Centre Foundation
From June 1st, 2020 you are welcome at the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center in 's-Hertogenbosch. We are closely following the measures of the RIVM and very carefully follow the protocol for safe and responsible reopening of museums of the Museum Association. Additional measures have been taken to ensure a safe visit to our museum.
Book your visit in advance by e-mail via email@example.com or by phone on
073 - 612 68 90. Visitors without a valid reservation are not allowed to enter the museum. We apply three slottimes from 11.00 to 13.00, from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00 hrs. A total of between 30 and 50 visitors per slottime are allowed in the museum. The reservation of your visit includes the recording of date, slottime, mobile number, email address and indication of the full first and last name of each visitor in connection with possible control in the event of contamination. We will also ask for your health and any health problems, the so-called check-up interview.
You are welcome if you are free of health complaints for 24 hours. Do not come to the museum if you suffer from health problems. Tickets that have already been reserved can be transferred to a later date without any problem.
Upon arrival, we will point out the guidelines given by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and the Museum Association protocol in our outdoor display case so that you can discover our centre in a safe and responsible way. Follow the compulsory walking routes marked with arrows and symbols on the floor so that there are no intersecting streams of visitors. Employees supervise the walking routes and the amount of people in the museum. Incoming and outgoing visitors are separated from each other on walking routes and entrance and exit doors. The number of people allowed in each room is indicated. There is a maximum of three people in the museumshop. In the Atelier (downstairs in the basement) and in the elevator for a maximum of two people or one group. In the tower only the fifth floor is accessible for a beautiful view over the city.
Upon entry, your reservation for a specific day and time block must be printed out or digitally displayed at the reception desk and payment is only possible via PIN. There will be another check-in call and you are welcome no earlier than fifteen minutes before the start of the time block. Lockers for your belongings are available at the desk and there is an unguarded cloakroom. Plexiglas is installed at both the counter and in the museumshop for secure communication with our staff. At all times, you keep a distance of 1.5 metres from other visitors, observe hygiene measures and always follow the instructions of our staff.
We ensure maximum hygiene and clean railings, elevator and door knobs, handles, toilets, counters and panels after each time block. There are currently no group tours and (educational) activities in the museum. The Educatorium is closed.
