Oordeelspel (1513-2010)
Drie jaar voor het overlijden van Jheronimus Bosch (1516) wordt er in de nog niet geheel voltooide Sint-Jan een astronomisch uurwerk geplaatst dat later in de volksmond bekend wordt als het 'Oordeelspel'. Dit astronomische uurwerk met figurenomloop is gereconstrueerd en nu te zien in het Jheronimus Bosch Art Center als onderdeel van de vaste expositie. Het oordeelspel toont de samenhang van de kosmos als onderdeel van Gods schepping alsmede de plaats van de aarde en de mens daarin. Het laat op beeldende wijze zien hoe de laatmiddeleeuwse mens zich dagelijks bewust was van zijn sterfelijkheid en voortdurend leefde tussen vrees voor de hel en hoop op de hemel. Het Jheronimus Bosch Art Center dat zich ten doel heeft gesteld het werk van Bosch onder de aandacht te brengen ziet in het Oordeelspel een waardevolle aanvulling die het begrip voor de wereld waarin Bosch leefde en werkte verdiept en verbreedt.

Last Judgment 
Three years prior to the death of Jheronimus Bosch (1516) an astronomical clock was placed in the not yet finished catherdral of Saint John's. This clock would later be known as the 'Last Judgment'. This clock has now been reconstructed in the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center where it is a part of the exposition on Bosch. It shows the interrelation of the cosmos as an integral part of God's creation, the planet and mankind. The Last Judgment shows expressively how people in the Late Middle Ages were very conscious about their on mortality and always lived between hope for heaven and fear for hell. The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center aims to draw more attention on the legacy of Bosch and feels the astronomical clock is a magnificent addition that can help us understand the world in which Bosch lived and worked.
